What Acryna built
The whole product

Most clinic software was built for any clinic, with a dental screen added later. DentoFlow started the other way round: from a real working day in a dental clinic, where an empty chair is lost money, the patient file is split between a notebook, Excel and the front desk phone, and the numbers depend on who you ask.

Every clinic gets its own address: a system for its team, a clinic website whose online booking lands straight in the calendar, and a portal where patients see their appointments and scans. It was written in Arabic from the first line, with English for those who need it.

Who it is for: Solo practices, multi-dentist centers, clinic chains with several branches, and orthodontic, implant and pediatric clinics.

What DentoFlow gives a clinic.

    Appointments and reminders

    A calendar per dentist and chair, WhatsApp reminders, and a waiting list that fills cancellations.

    Patient file and dental chart

    Medical history, an adult and child dental chart, and a treatment plan that turns into an invoice.

    X-rays and CBCT in the browser

    Slices, measurements and virtual implant planning, from the patient file with no extra software.

    Finance and profit

    Invoices, installments and a daily cash close, with net profit per service and per dentist after materials and lab costs.

    Stock and dental labs

    Materials deducted with every treatment, alerts before they run out, and lab orders tracked until delivery.

    Face-recognition attendance and payroll, and every employee sees and edits only what is theirs.

    Answers questions about the clinic’s numbers by voice or text, from its own data and within the asker’s permissions.

What Acryna built, and how.

We built all of DentoFlow: the user experience, the system, the server, the app and the marketing site. These are the decisions that protect patient data in it.

    Each clinic’s data is isolated in every query

    Every query on clinic data carries its ID, and automated tests fail if any new line forgets it, so one clinic’s data never reaches another.

  2. 02

    Deny by default

    Any route or permission not explicitly listed is rejected, and sensitive figures are stripped on the server, so they never reach a device that should not see them.

  3. 03

    Hundreds of automated tests

    They run before every change, and many were born from a flaw found in a security review, so each one now guards against it for good.

  4. 04

    Repeated security reviews

    We reviewed the code through an attacker’s eyes more than once: links, uploaded files, third-party scripts and the content security policy, and closed what we found.

    Cloud architecture that scales with clinics

    It runs on Cloudflare’s global network, so it is fast from Egypt and the Gulf, and new clinics are added with no servers to manage by hand.

    Your data stays yours

    A daily backup with a separate provider and data export at any time, so a clinic can take its data with it whenever it wants.
